Teleologic Evolution

Teleologic Evolution refers to the purposeful evolution of the universe. The universe self selects its state on the basis of a generalized utility function and through a process called telic recursion.
Teleologic evolution is occurring at multiple levels because all these levels are embedded within reality as a whole (which is maximising utility).
